Apart from the scheduled Service, I had a problem with the car cutting out and not readily starting when coming to a stop. Diagnostics were not conclusive. Some things have been changed and we wait to see what happens after more driving.

I waited in the customer lounge while my car was serviced. It is a comfortable environment, not unlike an airport member's lounge, and you can relax in the knowledge that your car is in good hands.

The communication, organisation and courtesy car were all great. Friendly staff. The only downside was that the interior of my car (cream seats) were left with dirty marks, along with the steering wheel. I was able to wipe it all down at home.

The service I booked went fine. However the service team did not proactively discuss an engine light warning with me at outset. I had forgotten to mention it. They raised it once all the other work was done - too late to fully investigate and fix

Louis fully understood what needed to be done and communicated well during the process. However when making the booking your agent quoted incorrectly for some extra work that I requested. I questioned this and was told that the quote was correct.

Nothing much to say, it was only a brake fluid change for £130. I didn't use the complimentary spa or piano lounge, I had a coffee while I waited for my car. Service was quick.

Poor communication from servicing and kept in the dark about where they were with the repairs. Car really in poor cleanliness condition when picked it up and protective film I left on door sill had been removed for some reason.

The centre were very thorough, I brought it in as had a clunking through steering and they discovered the gearbox had a leak. So they replaced the gearbox and they also replaced the steering column. They made sure I stayed in a hire car through this.
