Despite completing the warranty work on my car, the sales team failed to tell me about 'risks' to my head unit prior to starting work. My navigation has been wiped by their software reset and it's £200/400 to reinstall it allegedly.

A simpler fuel policy for courtesy cars please. For example, no charge for first 25 miles, £10 for 25-50 miles etc. Better than customers having to guess fuel consumption and top up the fuel tank.
